He helps those companies to think and act differently with respect to how they hire, teach, engage customers, create remarkable customer experiences and ultimately helps organizations to be profitable, not just for their shareholders, but for their employees and customers as well. He is helping companies to influence the influencers for the good of all mankind (for retail customers actually, which is just about all man/woman kind) and to improve the lives of everyone in the process.
